Dog Frozen to Train Tracks Rescued Just 10 Minutes Before a Train Came

Now this is what you call a close call. In Chippewa Falls, WI, a Siberian Husky pup was literally frozen to a railroad track and couldn't free himself. Luckily, Officer Tim Strand of the police department decided to take control of the situation and pulled the dog free. The pup lost a lot of hair, but he is going to be okay.
