Eat More, Not Less for Weight Loss Success


New diets are a dime a dozen. Which ones work, and which ones don't? I think they all have valor if you stick with them. The only thing I know for certain is no matter which diet you undertake, it won't happen overnight. So, be patient and stick with it.

This article I found on the PRNewsWire offers a tempting diet. Eat more to lose more weight. Here is an excerpt from the article:

From what I've been able to deduct, people on the Jenny Craig diet seem to do well. One high profile celebrity, Kirstie Alley, has changed right in front of our eyes over the last year using Jenny Craig, so you know it works if you stick with it. But be warned ahead of time.... It's not a cheap diet. But, as the old saying goes, anything of value doesn't come cheap. If you or anyone one you know has lost weight through the Jenny Craig diet, tell us about it.
