What a great statement. We've all been talking to someone, and you could tell they did not want to be there talking with you. Nothing can make a person feel worse than realizing that they are not needed or wanted, which is how someone feels if you are giving off the signals that you do not want to be there with them. Work on this.

1 Response to "One Company's Values"Excellent list, and how wonderful that this company posted it. I especially like "guests aren’t always right, but they are always guests." This improves on the old adage of "the customer is always right," because let's face it - sometimes they're not. They've made it clear that it doesn't matter; treat them hospitably anyway.
