Go Seahawks!

Today's the big day. Super Bowl Sunday! I hope you all enjoy the game and be careful. Don't drink and drive, and if you do have too much to drink, make sure to have a friend take you home or call a cab.

I hope the game is a good one and not a blowout by either team. But, I do hope the Seattle Seahawks win the game. It's their first Super Bowl in the team's history, and having graduated from the University of Alabama, I am a huge Shaun Alexander fan. If you didn't know, Shaun led the league in regular season total rushing yards and he led the league in total touchdowns.

What's even more impressive about Shaun is his foundation, the Shaun Alexander Foundation. The foundation's mission is to "empower young men through education, athletics, character programs, and leadership training; inspiring them to reach their full potential as the mentors and role models for the next generation."
